WARRANTY

  • We provide warranty against defects and workmanship issues.
  • Different products have different warranty coverage
  • Each request for warranty will only be handled with clear, detailed pictures of the product, in combination with proof of purchase date.

Check if your damage is covered by warranty:

  • Determine whether the damage should be covered by warranty. We do not over the following:
    • Normal wear resulting from standard usage that occurs over time.
    • Damage resulting from contact with objects. (docks, sharp objects rocks, etc, etc.)
    • Damage to product resulting from improper care or unnecessary roughness.
    • In general: Ropes and handles have limited warranty
    • Products used commercially, for rental or for demo’s are not covered for warranty.
  • Contact info@slineseurope.com with your request, proof of purchase date and clear, detailed picutres. When information is missing, we will not start the warranty procedure.
