Different products have different warranty coverage
Each request for warranty will only be handled with clear, detailed pictures of the product, in combination with proof of purchase date.
Check if your damage is covered by warranty:
Determine whether the damage should be covered by warranty. We do not over the following:
Normal wear resulting from standard usage that occurs over time.
Damage resulting from contact with objects. (docks, sharp objects rocks, etc, etc.)
Damage to product resulting from improper care or unnecessary roughness.
In general: Ropes and handles have limited warranty
Products used commercially, for rental or for demo’s are not covered for warranty.
